Push-to-talk for production lines and maintenance
Air pressure drops at station four, a compressor trips on the night shift, the electrician is asleep at home. The line lead presses one key in gloves, maintenance answers at once, and a call wakes the electrician.

How PRIVOX helps
- LEAD-2 · TALKING
One key, gloves on
The line lead presses the hardware key on a rugged radio. Ear defenders stay on, and nobody leaves the station.

Whoever is free answers
A call for maintenance reaches every technician in the hall at once. The first one free answers, and the rest hear it.

Wake the electrician on call
A call rings the electrician's phone at home, even with the app closed. The roster shows who can be woken.

The compressor raises the alarm
A sensor reads the compressor's run signal. When it stops, the line and maintenance get one alarm on the hall channel.
Try it on the radio
The same interface, set up the way it could look for you: your channels, your callsigns, your sensor.

How we adapt to you
A channel per hall and trade
Hall B, Line 2, maintenance and electricians each get a channel. The production desk hears all of them and talks into any.
Agency staff on a QR card
Agency operators join with a personal QR card. They listen before they talk, and the account ends on its own date.
Server inside the plant
Voice, chat and sensor data can stay in your own network, on your own server. Or we host it for you.
What we can add
A call that waits for an owner
Each maintenance call stays open until a technician takes it. If nobody does in time, it goes to the shift supervisor.
Andon and MES stops on the channel
We bring the stops your Andon or MES already records into the maintenance channel. One way: events come in, nothing goes back.
Shift handover summary
At the end of the shift, open calls, repeated alarms and parts on order go to the incoming supervisor in one summary.
