Push-to-talk for utilities and municipal crews on call
A high level at a pumping station at three in the morning, a remote site without power, rain freezing on the bridges: the control room wakes the on-call crew with one call, and everyone sorts it out on one channel.
- Sump level, station 4: Pumping station 4: high level in the pump sump
- Control room: On-call, station four is at high level and pump one has stopped. Who can drive out?
- On-call fitter: I'll take it. Twenty minutes in this rain.
- On-call fitter: Pump 1 has tripped, red lamp on. Pump 2 is on manual and running.
- Control room: The level is falling. The electrician is on his way to you.
- Electrician: Electrician. The motor is fine, it tripped on overload. Rags in the pump, I'd say.
- Control room: Pump 1 stays off until the day crew lifts it out at 7:00. It's in the shift log.
How PRIVOX helps
- GROUP CALLON-CALLELEC-1JOINEDCREW-2WAKING…STBY-1RINGING
Wake the on-call crew
A group call rings every phone on the on-call rota, at night and with the app closed. Whoever answers is straight on the channel.

The station reports its level
A level sensor in the pump sump alerts the console and the on-call phones once, when it crosses the limit. A silent sensor alerts too.

Station 4 cabinet: pump 1 tripped, red lamp on.
ELEC-1 · nowThe cabinet in a photo
The fitter sends a photo of the open control cabinet. The electrician sees which lamp is red before leaving home.

Water and winter service on one screen
The control room hears every channel in the browser and talks into any of them. Crews use rugged radios or their phones.
Try it on the radio
The same interface, set up the way it could look for you: your channels, your callsigns, your sensor.

How we adapt to you
A channel per network and crew
Water, wastewater, district heating, the building yard and winter service each get a channel. The control room hears them all.
Sensors at sites without Wi-Fi
We fit level and power sensors at remote stations, with a LoRaWAN gateway on site. Each station gets its own limits.
Winter service for the season
The winter service channel closes on its own in spring and the history stays. Seasonal drivers join with a personal QR card.
What we can add
Alarms from your control system
We take events from your existing telemetry by MQTT, webhook or e-mail and route them to the on-call channel.
Acknowledge and escalate
An alarm waits until one person on call accepts it. If nobody does in time, it moves to the deputy, then to the duty manager.
Check-ins for lone work
Someone working alone at a station checks in at set times. A missed check-in notifies the shift lead.
Let's look at your site
A 20-minute call, a live demo on your devices, then a pilot on one real site.
