One product for everyone. Your admin builds channels and roles from the settings.
We learn how your shifts and sites work and bring a set-up ready to plug in: channels, roles, sensors, alarm routes.
Sensors in the channel
Usually no built-in sensor input. Sensor alarms mean custom work on the developer API.
Temperature, water, door, motion and power sensors raise alarms on the radios, phones and console.
An alarm someone accepts
Alerts arrive as messages. Usually nobody owns them, and they do not close when the problem is solved.
The alarm stays open until someone accepts it and closes when the sensor is back to normal.

Users, channels and message history for the administrator.
Who is on shift and where the team is, how fast alarms are accepted and closed, who went on air and when.
Waking a sleeping team
An alert repeats or arrives as a push notification when the app is closed.
Every phone in the group rings like a call, even with the app closed. Whoever answers is on air.

Often a separate desktop app; the dispatcher talks only in channels they were added to.
Console in the browser: hears every group and talks into any of them without joining.
Temporary access
Sign-in links expire; accounts and channels stay until someone removes them.
Accounts and channels carry an end date and close on their own; the history stays.

Questions

Can we keep our radios?

Yes. PRIVOX runs on Android PoC radios with a hardware PTT key — the same radios other push-to-talk apps run on. Tell us the model and we set up its keys.

Can we move one site at a time?

Yes. During the pilot one site works on PRIVOX while the other sites keep their current app.

What does the owner see?

Who is on shift and where the team is on the map, how fast alarms are accepted and closed, and a log of who went on air and when. Location can be switched off for anyone who should not share it.

Which sensors can we connect?

Temperature, humidity, water leak and level, doors, motion and power — over Wi-Fi or LoRaWAN — plus alarms from controllers you already have via webhook, e-mail or MQTT.
