Push-to-talk for fleet dispatch and drivers
A bridge closes before dawn, a reefer warms up on the route, a customer moves the delivery gate. Dispatch speaks once, every driver hears it without reading a screen, and replies wait for the next stop.
- Trailer 12 reefer: Trailer 12 reefer: +9.4 °C, limit +8 °C
- Fleet dispatch: Truck Twelve, your reefer is warming up. Check it at your next safe stop.
- Truck 12, chilled: Parked at a truck stop. Checking the unit now.
- Truck 12, chilled: Unit is running, display reads +9.4 °C.
- Truck 12, chilled: Rear door seal was caught after the last drop. Fixed, it's cooling.
- Fleet dispatch: Thanks. I'll tell the next customer you're ten minutes late.
- Fleet manager: Riding along: down to +6 °C, we're back on the road.
How PRIVOX helps
- TRUCK-12 · TALKING
Nothing to read at the wheel
Dispatch's voice plays in the cab by itself. No screen to read, nothing to tap. The driver answers at the next stop.

Wake the early shift at once
A bridge closes before dawn: one group alert rings every driver's phone, even on the bedside table. Whoever answers hears the new route.

The reefer reports to dispatch
A sensor in the trailer sends its temperature. Above the limit, dispatch and the transport manager get the alarm, not the driver.

Addresses wait for the stop
A new gate code, a changed address, a photo of the drop point: waiting in the chat for the next stop, with history on the server.
Try it on the radio
The same interface, set up the way it could look for you: your channels, your callsigns, your sensor.

How we adapt to you
Channels by route and shift
Chilled routes, city drops, the early shift: each driver hears the traffic for their route, not the whole fleet.
Location set per person
Company trucks show on the dispatcher's map with speed. A courier in a private car keeps location off and still talks.
Peak season with an end date
Extra drivers for the December peak get accounts that end on their own in January. A lost phone is disconnected in one step.
What we can add
Alarms from your reefer telematics
If your reefer units already report through telematics, we bring those alarms into the channel by webhook, MQTT or e-mail.
Voice that waits for coverage
A message spoken in a dead zone reaches the channel as soon as the truck is back in signal. We add it for routes with gaps.
Temperature incident report
Readings, voice notes, photos and chat of one temperature incident in one timeline, with a PDF for your customer.
